What Can You Learn From Someone Else?

I truly believe that you can learn something from everyone that you meet.  They may share some lesson or a piece of advice with you during a conversation over coffee.  Maybe there are just sharing some plans that they want to execute and you realize that is something that you could apply to a project that you have too.

It is about being open to learning and improving yourself.  Trying new things and measuring the  success by whatever outcome you reach.  Even if it isn’t the outcome you thought you would have, you can still learn something from it.

Writing this blog was a challenge for me at the beginning.  I wanted it to be a way for me to tell stories, lessons I have learned and share helpful resources.  Trying to just put something down in my one note that first day took more like three days before I felt like I could publish it. I had no idea if anyone would read it, but I hit the send button anyway.  I realized that I just needed to be brave and vulnerable enough to put it out there.

There were many firsts this past year for me and I learned lessons from all of them.  Things I would change or stop doing and things that I would do to improve.  Getting feedback from clients and coaching groups has been so helpful to give me perspective.

Now I would like to ask for your feedback.  Attached is a brief survey that I would really appreciate your input on.

Are there things that I can share that would be more valuable to you?  Things that are not adding value for you?  Would you prefer other mediums like videos or podcasts instead?  Be honest and let me know what works best for you and what doesn’t.

Thank you in advance for filling out the survey and helping me to improve!
