Hello!

It's nice to meet you! I am an Author, Podcast Host, Speaker, and Former Fortune 500 IT Director turned Certified Executive Coach. Here is a little bit more about me and what I do:

I help business leaders to play bigger, increase their visibility and finally, shine a light on their leadership strengths so they can be seen! This puts them in front of people who will now consider them for new opportunities and positions them to elevate their position in the workplace.

I bring strong business knowledge to the coaching and consulting work that I do from my 25+ years of leadership experience in Sales, Supply Chain and IT from Kraft Heinz.

I believe that my role as a coach is to create a trusted safe space to allow my clients the freedom to be vulnerable and open to help shift their old beliefs that aren't serving them into new beliefs that transform their life and career.

I have helped hundreds of leaders successfully learn how to trust themselves, create impactful actions,increase their confidence, and achieve new possibilities for their career and leadership. Each of these leaders went through a transformation that amplified their voices which resulted in promotions, positive changes in their careers, increased belief in themselves, and shifted how they showed up personally and professionally!

This program blends the best of a 1:1 package along with spending the time to go deep on your specific challenge. This program combines strategic direction, and coaching with an exclusive feel – we will have coaching sessions, along with deep dive focused time – to help you unlock who you are as a leader so you can be confident and play bigger. We will meet either in person or on zoom depending on location and client request. It will be an interactive conversation including activities, tips, planning tools, templates and resources.

What’s the time commitment?

This is a 90 day commitment. You will have some reflection work to do in between the times that we meet with each other.
