- 1 hour of 1:1 Coaching (Separate time outside of class.)
- Communication Style Assessment.
- Pre-and post measurements of goals and outcomes.
- Pre-class assessment to identify the participant’s goals, current challenges and to ensure that the class will meet them where they are to achieve the highest level of success.
- A step by step approach to help participants create a customized plan plus additional templates, tools and resources.
- The support of a certified coach to accelerate learning, provide coaching and feedback during class and in 1:1 sessions.
- Low instructor/participant ratio 1: 8 or less.

On-Line through Zoom
One hour twice per month for six months
Other options can be discussed if an acclerated path is preferred.
Cost
$15,000 for up to 8 participants
