Let me share my story with you...I definitely did not have it all figured out. I spent over two decades of my career with Kraft Heinz. I did so many great things, but no one knew my secret and why I was invisible. I had a major case of impostor syndrome and although I knew I needed to play bigger and be visible, I stayed hidden. I didn't know how to be visible in a way that wouldn't be seen as bragging and was authentic to me.

I began my journey to learn how to be visible and amplify my voice for myself and my team. I hired a coach and worked with mentors who helped me see the actions that would help me show up in a bigger way. I discovered that this wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. It didn't take a lot of extra time, it just required intention and consistency. I learned how to use my voice and show my value in my own authentic way!

I want to share with you what I have taught hundreds of others how to do...to help you have a shift as a leader, so you can be the leader you are meant to be!

The reason I started my business was to help clients who were holding themselves back from being great leaders and not being visible enough just like me. Who exactly is the Fast Track Your Visibility Program for?

ANYONE looking to be visible, think bigger about their career, use their voice and build their confidence. This program helps you in all of these areas professionally, but it also supports you in your personal life too. If you want to amplify yourself in a bigger way as a business leader and accelerate your career you will benefit from being part of this program!

Is a week enough to shift how I see myself?

Yes! The visibility power hour is enough to shift your thinking, but that is only part of the program! We will have group coaching sessions, along with focused time – to help you unlock who you are as a leader so you can be confident and play bigger.

How much access will I have to Sue?

Sue will lead each hour of the class via zoom. You will have a private one hour Visibility Power Hour session with her to create your specific focused plan. She will also be available on voxer or text for you in between sessions.

What’s the time commitment?

This is a one week time commitment for one hour per day. You will have some reflection work to do in between the times that we meet with each other.

In order to help more leaders to stop playing small, I wrote a book, called The Visibility Factor. It is a guide to use with stories, examples and an easy-to-follow process called RISE for readers to create a plan of authentic visibility for themselves.
