I help companies and their leaders increase visibility and reach their full potential. I faced challenges with visibility in my corporate role and had to learn how to share my successes without feeling like I was bragging.
Everything that I learned, I shared with my team to help them get visibility and now I coach clients on how to be visible, show their value and be seen for their talent too!

Every day I have the honor of coaching leaders, speaking to groups and leading workshops to help leaders move from being invisible and overlooked to showing their value, being confident, and elevating their position in the workplace.
I am the author of The Visibility Factor along with a podcast by the same name that helps everyone learn about the power of visibility and how they can start showing value in easy ways.
