Publishing a book seemed like a dream to me five years ago.
I didn’t know the first thing at that point about how to write a book or how to publish it. I had the good fortune to be introduced to AJ Harper and Laura Stone in the Top 3 Book Workshop and as they the rest is history! The community that AJ has built and the process that she takes you through is exactly what all would-be authors need for success.
The Visibility Factor would not exist without this community of people who helped me when I didn’t think I could do it. They supported me to make small steps to define details, write stronger stories and worked with me when I was stuck on how to move forward. This book has given me an opportunity to do more than I thought was possible and change how people see themselves.
This book is a first step that can be used as a guide to help leaders take action to create stronger visibility for themselves! It is filled with stories, examples and my four step RISE process to help leaders create their own action plans. I have taken so many people through this successfully and witnessed their progress with their own visibility! A few example responses from participants are: “This is so simple to do and I can start tomorrow! or I never considered how important this was to my career before, but I can see what a difference it will make for me!”
I am creating a visibility movement for leaders to show their value and be seen for their true talent.
I don’t want any more leaders to hide in the back of the room like I did. I want them to sit at the table, speak up, show the value that they can bring to their organization so they can elevate their career to a higher level.
